Thispaperfirstlyintroducesthe(2+1)-dimensional sixth-orderbreakingsoli
tonsystem(SBSS)usingthebilinearneuralnetworkmethod,providingmany
typesof solutions. Anewstructureof theSBSSis investigated,andnewso
lutionsaregathered. Thesolutionsareexpressedintermsofbasicactivation
functionsandarederivedbyapplyingtheseactivationfunctions. Usingthe
Hirotabilinearoperator, theoriginalnonlinearpartialdifferentialequationis
reducedtoamoretractableform.Thebilinearneuralnetworkapproachyields
variousclassesof solutions, includingkink, rogue,peak,breather, lump-type,
andspike-typesolutions.Thesesolutionsareexpressedintermsofelementary
functions, revealingthevariousdynamicalbehaviors inherent inthesystem.
Theresultsobtainednotonlygeneralizeknownsolutionsbutalsoillustratea
deeperinsightintothecomplexwavepropagationphenomenadescribedbythe
sixth-orderbreakingsolitonequation
